Reservations, Payment Terms, and Cancellation Policy:
A 25% deposit is required to confirm and process a reservation, payable by personal check, wire transfer, PayPal, or Zelle, with the remaining balance due and payable 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fees and refunds
All cancellation requests will incur a $50 per person administrative fee.
For cancellations 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the trip price is non-refundable.
For cancellations 29-8 days prior to arrival, 75% of the trip price is non-refundable.
There are no refunds for cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival and no shows.
Normally, there are no refunds for any unused portion of the tour.

Credit Card Fraud and Chargebacks are vigorously prosecuted. We cooperate fully with the authorities to catch criminals. All transactions are logged by IP address and other key information. Cardholders who receive services then cancel or charge back the transaction will be reported and prosecuted in accordance with applicable law. Records of such acts are made available to merchants throughout the world as an aid in preventing credit card abuse. Those records will impact your ability to obtain credit and purchase products or services in the future.
