DAY 1: Arrival in San José → Arenal / La Fortuna

Welcome to San José! Upon arrival, your private driver will greet you at the airport and transfer you in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to the lush rainforest region of La Fortuna, home of the spectacular Arenal Volcano.

In the afternoon, choose between two unforgettable rainforest experiences at Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park:
Option 1: Zipline Canopy Adventure
Fly through the rainforest canopy on a thrilling series of ziplines high above the jungle floor. Cross seven exhilarating cables while enjoying breathtaking views of the rainforest and volcano surroundings. Afterwards, visit the fascinating Maleku Indigenous Cultural Rescue Center.
Option 2: Hanging Bridges Nature Walk
Explore a scenic two-mile trail through the rainforest featuring 16 bridges, including six suspension bridges suspended high above the jungle canopy. Along the way, spot tropical birds, monkeys, toucans, frogs, and lush exotic vegetation.
The remainder of the afternoon is yours to relax, explore La Fortuna, or enjoy the nearby thermal waters and spa facilities.
Lunch and dinner are open so you can discover the many charming family-owned restaurants in town.

DAY 3: ARENAL VOLCANO

Following breakfast and another morning pickleball session, prepare for an unforgettable day of nature and relaxation.
Your adventure begins at the breathtaking La Fortuna Waterfall, where you’ll descend through lush rainforest trails to the base of the waterfall. Swim in the crystal-clear waters or simply take in the incredible scenery surrounding the canyon.
Next, continue to the lava fields of Arenal Volcano for a guided hike offering spectacular panoramic views of the volcano and Lake Arenal.
After lunch, unwind at the renowned Ecotermales Fortuna hot springs. Relax in naturally heated thermal pools, waterfalls, and soothing volcanic waters surrounded by tropical rainforest.

DAY 4: Arenal → Manuel Antonio (Pacific Coast)

Continue your scenic drive down the Pacific coast to the world-famous Manuel Antonio area, known for its jungle-covered hills, pristine beaches, and abundant wildlife.
Your home for the next three nights is the iconic Hotel Costa Verde.
