Arenal Volcano at night / Tabacon Resort and Spa

Arenal volcano at nightArenal Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in the world, and its classic cone shape and constant activity, filling the sky with ash and red hot lava, will stun you from miles away. At the specially selected observation point near the side of the volcano, you can safely bear witness to nature's most powerful force as Arenal erupts in a display of awesome energy. Keep your eyes peeled and turned towards the volcano because the breathtaking natural fireworks display begins seconds before you hear and feel the giant's mighty force.

**Note: There is a better chance to witness this display by spending the night in the area instead of visiting just for a few hours. Climbing this volcano is dangerous and has cost lives.

Cost: $105.00 (includes round trip transportation from San Jose, lunch, dinner)
