Starting on the east side of San Jose, the first thing we will see is La Plaza de la Democracia (Democracy Square), the National Museum, the National Court, the suburb of Los Yoses, San Pedro Mall, Hispanidad Fountain and the Rodrigo Facio Campus at the University of Costa Rica.
After we have seen the capital’s main attractions, our first stops will be the impressive Pre-Columbian Gold Museum and the beautiful National Theater. Both visits to these cultural gems will be guided. |

|
After our visit, the tour continues through the western section of San Jose: La Sabana Metropolitan Park (Costa Rica's first International Airport), the Costa Rican Contemporary Art Museum , the National Gymnasium, the Comptroller’s office, and the residential areas of Rohrmoser and the Nunciatura where Nobel Peace Prize Winner and current President ot the Republic Oscar Arias Sanchez has his personal residence.

At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to visit an interesting shopping place where you will be able to buy souvenirs from your visit to Costa Rica. On Sundays, the National Theater is closed so we will only be able to see it from the outside. |
